Culligan Water Conditioning of Pasco/Hernando

This refurbished water conditioner didn't work for the first 3 months and they kept sending techs that couldn't fix the problem. One tech even had the conditioner regenerate for so long my water bill was $256.00 and they wouldn't pay for any of the water bill. This machine is still regenerating 110 gallons of water per week when it should be regenerating 46 gallons per week per the Culligan corporate office and the manual I was given and the techs don't know how to fix it. So I am wasting about 3300 gallons of water every year and having to pay for that water. This company only cares about you when you are buying the machine they don't want to hear from you when you are having problems and the secretary is very rude and talks down to you when you call them. I would tell everyone to go somewhere else and buy a water conditioner.

Very happy with the results. The white coating has disappeared off my shower heads and my skin no longer feels like I too was coated in the white stuff.

The service from the sales man was VERY professional and prompt. There wasn't any pressure. I am very happy with the product. However, I did have an issue with the installation tech. I called the salesman to inform him of my problem and it was taken care of immediately and respectfully. The rest of the job was complete and we are very happy.

He replaced a couple of parts. He did a good job. It did take him a couple days to get out to make the repairs.

Arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. Replaced the parts and got the unit working again. Suggested we move the unit inside the garage to better maintain the equipment.

Culligan came out, looked it over, was going to give us an estimate on the repair, 48 hours went by and they called back and said we have to buy their system if we want them to serivice it / and fix our water smell. Keep in mind, we have $5-6K worth of existing equipment that we just need to get online. Culligan might be good if you plan on starting with them on new equipment but if you have an existing system, work with someone else.

Horrible...............I will never do business with this company again. They are very unprofessional and rude also.

I like that they are customer service oriented. The price is a little high for the salt, though.

They were friendly and patient. Lance Huggins was well informed. I would recommend their service. He was in no way high pressuring. He told us a story about how he started working for them. His wife had skin problems and he needed to get a water softener. He was so impressed with them, that he started working for the company.

THe project went well with one person coming to test the water and discuss the options for softening the water. The installation was done shortly thereafter of the system I chose and the installers did a good job.

Their service, equipment and price were good. They are fine people.

I called to have them change my entire system. When they came they found I only needed some filters changed, and I really appreciated him figuring out what needed changed now versus later because it saved me some money.

I asked for Crage since he was out before and did a real good job. They said that they would try to send him, which they ended up doing. He is a very honest young man and fixed our softener. He was very professional and we would hire him again.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE and ALSO THE SYSTEM IT SELF. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
