We agreed to the proposed height but when their installation crew began work, they looked it over and discovered that they could add additional height that really made a huge improvement. The insulated roof keeps the heat out, the screens are heavy duty so that even our large dog can't hurt it. Best of all, we had a small leak where the room met the existing roof and they came out until it was found and fixed. Nothing better than a company that does great work and guarantees it."

I love a great comeback story so I hope these guys can change but this company needs to learn a thing or two on at least the customer service side of things and right now they dont seem to want to learn.
