Best egress window pros near Trinity, FL

"Jordan and his helper were exceptional. Jordan was polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products he was installing. It was a great pleasure working with Jordan. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience with the installation of five windows in a door. At first we were expecting it to be a nightmare but Jordan made it into a dream. Window Depot is very lucky to have an employee like Jordan representing their company."

"I have had a lot of company's come out to my home to do work but this is the only company i have had come and do exactly what they said they would do! highly recommend i could not believe how much money i actually saved on my electric bill literally cut it in half, Thank you!!"

"Exceptional experience with A1. From the initial estimate and contract, timing of order, and office coordination; A-1 kept me informed and up to date right up until time for instillation. They were also very helpful with working with my HOA as well as permitting the job and professional installation."

"LOOK! Another awesome job by Solarshield Industries Roofing. I originally called 3 companies for roof estimates. Solarshield came out within 2 days of my call. I was so impressed with the Solarshield system of roofing, the quality of their materials, and the transferable lifetime warranty, that I made my decision to go with Solarshield. I already had one other estimate, and cancelled the third. Every statement made to me by the Solarshield salesman regarding terms, time frames, quality of their materials and workmanship was only exceeded by their performance. The office manager was always informative, polite, and kept me up to date on all work scheduled. The installers are craftsmen. The work is precision. The workplace was cleaned up every day, regardless of the time they left my premises. I could NOT have made a better choice than Solarshield Industries, and they were recommended to me by former Solarshield customers. Can't get better than that!"

"Mainly wanted to sell additional service I wasn't interested in.  Didn't want to perform much service in the way of maintaining the HVAC system.

Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions.     However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time.     I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.

The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED!    All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!     Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.

I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.

In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else.   He is a really good guy -  very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

"Eric was very professional and courteous. He walked us through every step of the process. We'd recommend him to anyone needing WINDOWS."

"The work was done was fine.  They put new tiles and new faucets, one of the pipes was broken during the process.  The next door apartment was flooded with water.   They did not return my calls and it took three weeks to fix the issue.  They did not answer the calls right away they did not seem to care that they were putting out the apartment where it was leaking.  When I called the office, the staff was not very professional.   It took a long time to finish the process it was supposed to be done at a much earlier time.  In the meantime there was leakage going on.  They did not take care of this."
