Active Door & Window - Punta Gorda

We selected Active Door & Window based on a recommendation from a very satisfied neighbor. We found the price to be competitive and the workmanship superior. It was amazing how clean our condo was after the window installation. You could not tell we had any construction done. We did have a couple issues that needed to be addressed following the installation and their prompt attention to our needs was commendable. They are very customer service oriented. We recommended them to another of our neighbors and they too remain extremely satisfied.

Installed on the date they and I had agreed on.  Done in about 4 hours and the work was excellent and the screen works excellent.  I had several quotes.  They had the best price and best variety of screen colors.

Installation of the decorative glass panel into my existing front door took about 45 minutes and looked very nice. A little paint on my part and the front door now looks brand new and really brightens up my entryway. The side light panel required some customization to fit properly but that was brought to my attention by the salesman in advance, so no surprises there. The worker did a great job fitting the side light glass panel which looks great. It took a few hours so I know it was a challenge. But the work he did was top notch and it came out looking great. The replacement of my front screen door was pretty straight forward and I was happy with the detail the installer provided in squaring up the door etc!  The prices were right in line with other estimates that I received but I wanted to go with someone local to my area. I have no regrets with my choice here and would recommend to others.

I previously had a very bad experience with another company where they took my money and went bankrupt. Active Door & Window really went out of their way to ensure to make me confident that once the work was contracted and ordered, that I wouldn’t have to worry about the work being delivered. After ordering the windows, they arrived within about six weeks. They completed the installation all in one day. They cleaned up well after completion. Everything came out very good.
