 + -1 moreBill Is a nice and humble gentleman. His quality work may need to improve a bit. He arrived on time and started work immediatly. The windows looks greatly but he did not clean the tracks. I had to advise him of such. He did not mind in completing the task and went over each window to satisfied me. I was happy with his work but he needs to be a bit clear with what's included in the price .
