Bill Is a nice and humble gentleman. His quality work may need to improve a bit. He arrived on time and started work immediatly. The windows looks greatly but he did not clean the tracks. I had to advise him of such. He did not mind in completing the task and went over each window to satisfied me. I was happy with his work but he needs to be a bit clear with what's included in the price .

BILL IS VERY CONGENIAL AND FRIENDLY. HE WORKS AT A STEADY PACE WITH LITTLE INTERRUPTIONS. HIS WORK IS THE BEST WE'VE EXPERIENCED IN OVER 14 YEARS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO ASK HOME TO GO OVER WORK HER HAS DONE.
