He speaks both English and Spanish. - He is a honest hard worker. - He works with you and WILL resolve your issue. - He is on time although he did get lost getting to our place which was no big deal. We found out both our toilet did not have the toilet wax o-ring because the leaks from the toilet was leaking through our first floor ceiling. He offered to place them literally at no cost. Then he snake drained under the toilet NOT through the toilet which scratches the toilets porcelin. He was professional, respectful of your property, and cleaned up after the work was done. He is willing to patch and paint if need. I can’t say how much I appreciate that he resolved our problem. Lastly, the price was amazingly reasonable for the amount of work he did.
