Awesome assistance, our water heater tank failed us on a Saturday night, One-Up contacted us back on the same day and were able to install a new tank the following day. Ricardo was super professional, discussed my option over the phone, I sent him pictures of the old tank, connections and label. The tank is hooked up to a solar system so a special tank is required. From those pictures he was able to select a new tank, 12 years warranty (parts) at a very reasonable price. Showed up time, Super organized and completed the service very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I checked them up on BBB, they are A+, definitely recommend this contractor.

Ricardo keeps his word even in this virus pandemic

I would like to get a better invoice. I did not even get my name on my invoice which is important, I also want in writing a warranty for this job. Otherwise they did a very good job and left the place clean. I gave the worker my business card with my email and look forward for a professional written invoice with warranty of the job done.

The contractor was great at keeping me up to date on his progress and the price was excellent.

Ricardo was great to deal with, first initial visit he was on time and presented all the information for me to make a decision. His crew came out two days later and completed the job in one day.The solar water heater system I purchased is running great.

Workman arrived right when expected, was very pleasant, and worked diligently. Solar water heater repair involved gluing of plastic pipe. Workman delayed departure by over an hour once all re-assembly was complete to ensure glued joints did not leak when water was turned back on.

Everything they said they were going to do, they did. They were competitive. Great experience.
