Jorge Rubio with Aqua Pro was very professional. They actually were able to come earlier than scheduled time which was a plus for me. Jorge explained what he was going to do, and while working didn't mind my questions and taking pictures. He gave great advice on how to care for my septic until my next clean out. I was impressed that they (he and another worker) placed the grass they had to remove and placed it on some plastic sheets/bags so as not to get it all on the other grass, then placed it back over the area they worked on. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services. Great job.

They came on time and did their job (tank pumping and video inspection of tank to make sure no leaks). (This was after another company Chapman Septic had told us the tank is leaking and we need to spend $13,000 to replace our entire system...which turned out to be not true). So they are honest and reliable.

This company is truly the BEST. I had an emergency plumbing backup in a rental property. I called many other companies first who told me they didnâ t have time, were weeks booked out, or were just plain rude already trying to quote exuberant fees without even looking at the problem at my house. Aqua Pro responded to my call within 5 minutes. They promised to have someone come over and they arrived sooner than I expected in a professional truck with every piece of equipment needed to diagnose my problem. After 30 minutes of inspecting the issue, Yariel gave me a full explanation of my options and a proposal. I accepted the proposal and Yariel immediately called his colleague Juan to come over and begin the job. Yariel and Juan answered every question, explained every step and I could tell they we absolute professionals. They repaired half of my entire house plumbing by installing Pipe Lining in just 2 days. No mess. No destruction. They treated my property with respect, cleaned up where they worked and made sure everything was perfect. What would have taken weeks of destruction and mess and cost twice as much was completed in 2 days without disruption. I am so very grateful for Aqua Pro and Yariel and Juan. They made a nightmare seem simple and I will call them for all of my plumbing needs!
