"It was a seamless process working with Sun Blue. From the very beginning, the salesman offered suggestions without being pushy. The project managers were very helpful and there was no issue changing the pool tile colors at the last minute. It was a wonderful experience. The pool looks lovely. I hired their pool man to maintain the pool afterwards and he the best."

"Very reliable company. They were able to provide service for one of our pool heat pumps in a timely manner so we didn't have to stop our operations. I called them with a problem for another pool heater and they were able to address the issue by text messaging in the next couple of minutes. Well that's outstanding customer service!"

"We were having multiple problems with our pool. It was nearly fourteen years old, leaked badly, the chlorine generator cell needed replacement, our pool lights were malfunctioning, the the travertine tiles on our pool deck had become uneven and the pool needed to be replastered. This was my first experience with such a project and my pool construction background was limited. To compensate, I spoke with eight pool companies to receive their recommendations, prices and to assess their honesty and competence. The company representative I spoke with last was Matt Romano of Legacy pools. Matt was a home run! Heâ s proven very honest, very knowledgeable, quite personable and a very good communicator. He gave me his recommendations and I asked him about the other alternatives Iâ d received from the other pool companies. After reviewing, with my wife, the various proposals and my impressions of the representatives Iâ d spoken with, Legacy seemed like our best choice. We based our decision on trust, expected quality and a fair price. Legacy expertly addressed all of the pool problems I listed earlier, they did so in accordance with the schedule we agreed upon at the time of contract and all of their work was of very high quality. I, also, had the opportunity to meet Legacyâ s work teams and watch them work. They are very impressive, in terms of their expertise, work ethic, teamwork and high standards. They all gave me reason to compliment their work. In doing so Moses, the person leading the repair and plastering of the pool, told me that their standard is to do the work as if they were doing it for themselves. I highly recommend Matt, Moses and Legacy Pools to anyone looking for honesty, quality and excellent service at a fair price!"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

If you can’t find any records online, you’ll need to contact your county clerk’s office to do further research. They should have property records on file, or can at least point you in the right direction of who to contact. You can also speak with your neighbors about when their houses were built because they were likely built around the same time.

Property lines, building locations, and potential encroachments are mapped.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.
