"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. "Tom Balsamo showed up on time.  He is a wonderful handyman.  He fixed everything on my list which included installing towel racks (two) moving or installing safety bars to better spots, fixed a wall where it had been torn out.  He changed lights in our 17 foot ceiling. He also repaired a ceiling light that had been taken down to be cleaned and with it's many parts,  he put it all back up.
I highly recommend Tom, (The Master Handyman) and plan to use him in the future as needed.

They do everything except tiling.  They charge extra for supplies and parts, of course, but only at-cost and provide a receipt. Dan redid the backsplash at no extra cost when he felt the job didn't go quite right.
