"Although they reached out to me fast to set up an appointment they never showed up at the time that it was set. I got a call 30 minutes after the technician was supposed to be at my home stating that the tech was feeling sick and they don't know how to reschedule me. I would've liked a call earlier so that we weren't waiting for him. I am going with another company since there was no concern to get me on the schedule."

The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Wow, I spoke to representative who did not try to sell me anything just listened to what i wanted then gave me the best deal.
The equipment showed up in a cool box and is was simple to instal.  Literally, I just plugged in the gateway to a wall outlet, peeled off the adhesive and stuck the sensors on my doors and windows called for activation and it was done.   Now I can control my home from my cell phone.  Its super cool and I plan to add other devices like remote control lighting and a video camera.  Truly am pleased to say the least.  I always get nervous to order over the phone, but Skycover is the greatest.  I am a happy camper!"
