@ECMCARES is a scam!! They take your money and lie about what their contracts cover. When it comes time to request service they add all these extra charges. Don't trust them!!! BBB rating says it all!!!

Came home after few days and found A/C blowing warm air. Called ECM and they came out next day. They confirmed my worst fears and said units had multiple leaks. Went with tech and he showed me the problems. Luckily they still had units in stock, a lot of other companies are on back order. They came next day and did the install. ECM was professional and cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend them for HVAC needs.

We used this service for more than two years. There work ethics were shoddy; workmen coming in late, charging more than the market rate, replacing with substandard components were few of the characteristics. The bigger problem was not honoring the contract terms of equipment replacement. When we enquired about it on the phone, the people on the phone were extremely rude, they used expletives words and derogatory terms and ask us to stop calling them. Therefore, we cut the ties. Stay the heck away from these crooks and find some better replacement.

The entire process from the initial service call to the installation was handled very professionally.

We answered a Home Depot ad for a $29.00 inspection. They sent a novice ac tech who drilled through my flo switch wire, caused everything to spark, blew a fuse, blew my circuit breaker, and grounded my compressor. It was 100 percent obvious that this negligent employee destroyed the flow switch switch wiring, burned my circuit breaker and almost set my house on fire! They offered no solution other than replacing the compressor for $3100. They did not even offer to replace the obvious damage this employee caused. The service manager “Bradley” claimed it was a “coincidence” while the office manager “Barbara” has the audacity to claim my compressor was already grounded when the AC was clearly working. Their reasoning is because the ac was running at 79 degrees. One day after their employee destroyed the ac my house did now at 88 degrees!They have absolutely no compassion leaving my entire family in sweltering heat. I received a second opinion and that company said they absolutely grounded my compressor and will testify in court when I sue them. His repair by the way will cost $1250 with a 6 month warranty. Beware use this company at your own risk, they are a bunch of armatures and I will see them in court!

I was connected to ECM through Home Depot. ECM offered a free consult and sent a salesman to my door that day. The salesman was professional, and courteous and presented me with a plan that included financing. A few days later two installers from ECM showed up at the designated time, and completed the project in just a few hours. They did a great job , worked clean, and educated me on everything I needed to know about my new AC system. After they left, I was confident I had made the right choice, and I am now able to enjoy my new system before the summer heat sets in. I'm glad I chose ECM. Alan Pallat Delray Beach

ECM showed up when they said they would one day after making the call. They replaced the entire workings of the toilet tank and performed the work quickly and professionally. I highly recommend ECM for anyone looking for a quality service company.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I can’t stress how absolutely incompetent this company is. I have a home warranty with ECM to cover repair to household appliance. I had a problem with my refrigerator in that the temperature sensor/thermostat was not working properly. The display would say 42 degrees but everything was freezing in my refrigerator and the actual temp was below 30. Made the appointment and the tech arrived and I told him the problem. He gave me a lecture about how the fridge was too full. Too full. I said yeah we just happened to go food shopping but that’s not the problem. His attitude really sucked to tell you the truth but said they don’t carry the part so they would have to order it and they will call us back when they get it to reschedule. The called several days later and the tech (different guy) installs the new sensor and leaves. The fridge immediately starts rising in temperature to 60 degrees. Food getting ruined. Called again waited for another appointment. 3rd tech showed up and she was completely incompetent and was telling me about gas pressure yada yada yada. I said no, the fridge was working fine cooling until their tech changed a part, it must be related to the part. She was thoroughly confused was constantly on the phone while supposedly troubleshooting my fridge. Said they will have to send a supervisor. 4th tech shows up couple days later - a supervisor supposedly. Takes the sensor out and sees it’s for a completely different make of fridge. Have to reorder - will call us when it’s in. Get call the part is in and scheduled 4 days later for install (today). Just got a call from them and they said that they were sent the wrong part and had to cancel the appointment. They said they will call when the part comes in. So here I am still without my refrigerator working 20 days after the first appointment and counting. TWENTY DAYS STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, NASTY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I have been an ECM customer for 6 years and never had a problem with their service. Two days ago it was bitter cold in Boynton Beach and the heat exchanger did not work. In the morning next day I called ECM for service at 8:00 am and the service person arrived at 9:30am. He spent an hour fixing the problem. Total cost of parts and labor was ZERO. WHY? Because I have their annual contract which is reasonable and very comprehensive.

They were right on time when they said they would be there, very professional, answered all my questions, just a pleasure to do business with. I intend to continue being an ECM customer for many many years. Steve S

Air system quit. Called ECM Monday & new system installed on Tuesday. All involved from diagnosis & installation were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, tidy & friendly. They also followed CDC Covid guidelines. Very pleased with service. Highly recommend ECM for any of their services.

IT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE TECH QUICKLY & PROFESSIONALLY REMOVED THE OLD & REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW. HE WAS PROMPT, EXPERIENCED & KNOWLEDGEABLE & GAVE ME HELPFUL HINTS ABOUT HOW TO PROPERLY USE THE MICROWAVE.

I am so happy with ECM! My dishwasher was leaking, and the pop up in my bathroom sink was broken. I called ECM and they gave me prompt appointment within he same time frame. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They explained what they were doing. Everything is fixed. I would definitely recommend ECM to my friends!

Toilets needed parts which were taken care of immediately. Kitchen faucet needed tightening. All were performed in a reasonable time. Workman was knowledgeable, wore a mask, and was friendly.

We have been customers of ECM for 19 years at our current home in Coconut Creek. When our AC went out this past Saturday, we called Monday morning at 8:00am and a technician came out that same day. When it was determined we needed a new AC unit after hearing our options, Shane at ECM was very cooperative and gave us a fair price on Tuesday with a commitment to have two technicians here the next morning. Adam, the lead installer, and his assistant (who worked outside in the rain almost the entire day) were very helpful and patiently answered our questions. The entire ordeal went very smoothly. We are very appreciative of all of the staff we encounter at ECM and the excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a new a/c unit and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They understood my situation and handled everything competently .The installers were very courteous and careful not to damage anything They cleaned up afterwards and the office called to make sure I was satisfied. This company goes the extra mile and I would highly recommend them
