"I had BB install a sound bar to my TV several months ago and connect other equipment to my TV. Now the sound bar I bought from them doesn't work. I called to ask for a technician to come to my house and check it out but was told that I'd have to bring it in for repair. Or, I could pay $200 a year for a contract on the equipment and then pay $50 a visit. Since I have only a few pieces of equipment, that deal doesn't warrant that cost. So, they don't make house calls. I'm 70 years old and can barely walk, much less disconnect my TV and sound bar and take them into the store. Ridiculous!"

"My experience has been terrible!! I purchased a $3K+ Bosch refrigerator from Mike Monroe at Mays Monroe. The freezer fan freezes over every few weeks.
