It went well. The technician sprayed down the nest and educated me that it could take a few days for all the foragers to come back and get killed by the pesticide and that if it didn't take care of them they'd come back and respray at no cost. It was well worth the cost to have someone with the proper knowledge and the right spray to do the job safely.

I had a yellowjacket nest on my front porch that needed to be eliminated. I did a little researching on how to do it on my own but the general consensus was "Don't." I therefore went with Florida Sun who took care of a ground nest a couple of years ago and did a fine job.

The worker arrived on time and was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. After explaining what I wanted he went to work immediately. He finished in approx. 1/2 hour. We signed up for quarterly service. Our bug problem has disappeared.

Very prompt. Literally sprayed and baited every part of the house. Pulled out appliances and took off inspection panels to make sure they got every nook and cranny.

Asked them to come to our Townhome for German Cochroaches. Very bad infestation. Their initial treatment killed a huge number of them and had them come back for a follow up.

My yard guy found a yellowjacket nest in my yard yesterday when he did my routine twice a month service. Yesterday, I contacted Florida Sun because of their high ratings and good standing on Angie's List. Their receptionist called me back within a few minutes of me leaving a message with them and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Today, the guy arrived right on time. He easily found what was a relatively small/new nest. He suited up in his bee suit and proceeded to spray the nest down. He was in and out in under half an hour and the problem was solved. I would definitely contact again for further services.

He was very professional and nice, and he did go around the inside and outside of the home checking for pests. I just thought I could have done the same job - attached baits to inside cabinets and sprayed in corners. I hate to say anything bad about them, but i n comparison to other companies I have used (and bought on Angle's Deals), they were not that great. Pest problems were not solved at all. I would not buy the deal again because I could purchase baits and spray for far less money.

Provider was very nice and explained his services to me. Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable . Completed the termite inspection and sprayed around the house. Very satisfied with the service and would use in the future.

Originally they came and did an in-house and around the house treatment for bugs, spiders, etc. Then we received a quote from him for Termite Bond and he came to do that. He and his crew are very professional. I would recommend him to friends.

I have had so many issues with service company responsiveness over the past 7 months since my move to Tallahassee. Everything from realtors to cleaning services to plumbers to hair salons! Therefore, I was highly impressed first off by how quickly this company responded to my emails and how easy/fast it was to set up an appointment. They often got back to me within an hour or two to my delight! (Guess that's the difference Angie's List makes!) Our insect problem isn't a huge issue yet from what I can tell but it did seem to be increasing a little so we wanted some preventative maintenance. The guy that came was very nice, did the job quickly. He came exactly when he said he would which was another pleasant surprise (I'm used to having to wait in a window of time). No complaints on our end but as mentioned, our job was pretty standard and not very complicated. We did buy the $49 Angie's Deal of the Day - so not sure how much the service normally is - but we'd have no problems recommending this company and would be willing to call them again should the need arise.

I received a 10 year termite treatment and also received a 1 time pest control treatment around the windows for only an extra 45 (because I had gotten multiple services). I had a little bit of a difficult time getting in touch with someone by phone but they do respond to email via phone real well. The owner gave me a call directly to set up the appointment and at the time of my scheduling they had a 100 discount coupon for termite treatment plus a $25 referral program if you were referred. A friend of mine highly recommended Florida Sun to me and I am glad I used them. They didn't even require me to me present during the treatment. I came home and the services were already complete. The owner is a local run company and very passionate about his clients. I would highly recommend using them over any competing termite and pest control company.

The visit went very well. Rob was professional and personable, giving extra attention to areas either he or I saw as vulnerable. He instructed me on ways to avoid infestations. He also let me know that the treatment was not "immediate," but would take effect over time as insects came in contact with the sprayed material. There is no odor and the spray is safe for houses with pets and children. I didn't expect the treatment to include the exterior, but it did. I would use this service again and recommend it to others.

I contacted provider on Monday when I saw a swarm of termites outside of my home. They had a service man out at my home within the hour. He performed an inspection internally and externally but saw no evidence of termite infestation. He did take me around the home and show me conditions favorable to termites ( i.e. wooden landscape timbers, pinestraw pushed up against the house). I asked about termite treatment and he described their process, told me about $100 dollar coupon but definitely did not pressure me in any way. Because my home is over 25 years old and has not been treated for termites for many years, I opted for treatment scheduled for today. The service man arrived promptly at the appointed time and did a thorough treatment of the home, then explained the process before leaving. Would definitely use them again!

They are excellent. They are always friendly and they usually not a need to call them in between quarterly visits but if there is they come right away. They are easily available for setting appointments, flexible with our schedule for setting appointments too.

Searched inside and out for carpenter aunt nest. Found two nest around old tree stump and hollow oak. Also around piers on pilings. Satellite nest located along balcony wall under window where there was wet wood. Bottom line, treated all and only aunts we see now are dead or dying. Also, only roaches we have seen are dead!!! Yeah

I had a Living Social deal for this company, so the price I paid was less than their normal services. The man who came to my house to help with our ant problem was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the pesticides used. He also explained to me a lot about termite bonds, and I plan to switch our termite bond over to this company when my current one (with another company) expires.
