I had BB install a sound bar to my TV several months ago and connect other equipment to my TV. Now the sound bar I bought from them doesn't work. I called to ask for a technician to come to my house and check it out but was told that I'd have to bring it in for repair. Or, I could pay $200 a year for a contract on the equipment and then pay $50 a visit. Since I have only a few pieces of equipment, that deal doesn't warrant that cost. So, they don't make house calls. I'm 70 years old and can barely walk, much less disconnect my TV and sound bar and take them into the store. Ridiculous!

They put everything in one control and it wasn't too long before it just stopped working. It wasn't cheap. I had imported a TV and put it back to stand along there but we couldn't get the stereo to work and it was expensive. I had to get that all redone. They said that if they had to come out again then they had to charge us again. They didn't guarantee their work. I would not recommend them.

I'm going to write the manager a letter telling him how wonderful three of the employees were. I got some good service there. I'd only had the laptop for six days. Basically, it had gotten infected with a virus. This was the first time ever. When I called the manufacturer's support, I reached a scam, which further infected my computer. Best Buy returned it and gave me another one. The guy in the Geek Squad was extremely knowledgeable. He knew, when I began telling him what was going on, the story and the scenario exactly. They didn't have to return that computer because it ended up that it was a virus. It was running McAfee which came on it. They returned it and gave me a new one. Legally and technically, they wouldn't have had to.

Their prices are a little higher but they got stuff that I cannot find anywhere else. I have had no problems with them. I just go and buy the stuff available; I have never had to order anything specifically.
