Terrible customer service. They do everything they can to rack up a bill while not fixing your plumbing.

White's is a terrible plumbing company. I would rate the character of the owners lower than I do their work. Overpriced, do not listen to what customers want, talk behind the backs of their customers.

White's sent me an e-mail notifying me of my annual hot water cleaning. I have been impressed at their work quality, service, and follow ups. Companies like White's are very rare and if you need plumbing work done you will never regret hiring them.

They were okay. They cut some corners but the owner sent them back out to get it done right. I probably won't use them again.

They arrived on time and got to work immediately to resolve the problem based on the info I gave operator. By the time they rung my doorbell to let me know they had arrived they were almost done. Great & efficient service.

Thought we had a leak in a drain or incoming water line. First plumber from another company wanted to start poking holes to find the source. More experienced guy (Randy) from Whites did some detective work first and determined the angle of the shower head while showering caused water to go behind the toilet and through a hole in the floor. He saved us quite a bit of money by taking his time. Highly recommended!

They unclogged a massive clog. We've used them off & on and always super pleased with them. In past experience are in line with avg. cost for service.

Excellent and quick response with well coordinated visits by plumbers and delivery of new water heater by supplier. I was very impressed with communications between the office, me as customer and everyone involved.

They came on the designated day and completed the work without disruption to the tenants.

It took him over an hour. Any part of a half hour rounds up. He tried several methods before he was finally successful. He also offered advise on keeping my drain clear in the future.

Twenty-one year old gas water heater failed. White's responded promptly and got it going well enough to hold me till the next day when they installed a new one. Competent, timely, clean, pleasant. Price is comparable to big-box store. Recommend and would use again.

Job went great. Best customer service I have come across with any plumbing company. Kenny ( I think) was the installer and did a great job. Price was exactly what was quoted. Even for the extra trip fee (we live about an hour away) it was well worth it and i will pay it again if i need any plumbing repairs done

It went very well. The toilet problem was expediently fixed. I had asked about a repair to my dishwasher detergent dispenser, but the plumber told me that they don't repair appliances.

Overall the work was completed satisfactorily. There were problems with crews arriving with thorough instructions, proper equipment and all necessary supplies. Information provided prior to the work to a representative did not get transmitted well to the crews.

Company very responsive, punctual and courteous. The repair man was thorough and professional. I will be using their services in the future and recommend this company to others. This is a family owned business and I like to support local businesses.

I had what looked like a huge problem, entire backyard had puddles of water and I could not detect where the water was coming from. Probably was running for several months, as I never go in the back yard. In a panic, a friend recommended White's Plumbing, so I put in a call, during the morning hours, and received an afternoon window of time where a technician could meet me to check out the problem, same day. She asked what method of payment I would use and I stated by debit card/credit card. I received a call approximately 30 minutes before my appointment time, stating that the technician could meet me in 20 minutes, if that was okay. We got their relatively the same time. Technician, Jacob H came out to service the call, and greeted me with pleasantry. Showed him the area and he immediately located the problem, and without knowing how bad it was, he stated that he found the source, and asked if I wanted him to check it out and fix the problem. Gave him the thumbs up to fix the leak. He gave me an approximate 2 hours time span to complete the job, but that depended, after the dig, and that if the problem was larger than first thought, it may take additional time. He completed the job in 1.5 hours. He didn't have a credit card scanner, on his truck, but asked if I minded him calling in my credit card number, by phone, to the office for processing. I wasn't really bothered by that at all because he was so courteous and answered any questions I had relating to other things outside of the current problem. He handled the entire credit card process, in my presence, returned my credit card, completed the transaction with the office personnel, had me to sign the invoice, and provided me with a copy as my receipt. In addition, Jacob put a call in to have someone call and schedule an appointment for me to receive a quote on some additional work I need done. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. He cleaned up afterwards. He ran a test from my water meter and didn't detect any other leaks, but informed me that if I see the puddles still standing in my backyard, after a few days, to give them a call to come back to see if there are any other possible leaks. He did not see any bubbling to those puddles, so they may have been from the water running so long and creating them. He also gave me a parting gift for doing business with the company. I would definitely consider using this company again, and will be recommending the company to other family and friends should they need a plumber. Absolutely happy with the service and the technician who serviced the call.

Shower drain was clogged and it appears someting was not taken out of the drain when it was remodeled, so that with the extra hair for everyone in house was clogging the drain. Plumber was very professional, friendly, arrived on time and completed worked in desired time frame. Absolutely love Judy who answers the phone and schedules services. She is sharp and speedy.

The female receptionists are quite knowledgeable because they are real world plumbers when you first call White's. They come out quick and their plumbers work very hard. They also did some minor plumbing fixes at no extra charge. This is the only plumbing company that I have used in Tallahassee for the past 15 years. So it will be hard to switch to another plumbing company in Tallahassee.

Dealing with White's Plumbing was an excellent experience! They came at the appointed time, were very professional and resolved a problem with a diverter. Their customer service was very helpful (in getting the correct part) and scheduling appointments for the work to be done. White's is now "our" plumber for future work.

Very prompt service and service person was friendly, respectful, and worked quickly. Also arrived exactly when he said he would.

They quoted $460 for the job over the phone. I think their price is a little high, so I am calling around for other quotes. Their professionalism and responsiveness to any questions was good. I still may use them and it depends on the other quotes.

I would tell others that they are excellent. They were very informative, very efficient, timely and very professional. We were really pleased. I don’t think the cost was outrageous. I certainly would use them again in the future. White's Plumbing is doing an estimate right now on some bathroom remodeling.

Fantastic! The service technician, Eddie, was a really great guy. Absolute professional, he did what he was supposed to do, exactly as it should be done. White's has my unreserved recommendation.
