We called Broward about our problem and having a maint. contract for 10 years with them, they sent a tech person who temporarily fixed the problem and later sent an electrical tech person to finalize and fix the problem. Their customer service is only surpassed by their tech people, personable, on time and complete their jobs with perfection. A great company relies on a good staff, Broward reflects what others lack; customer service where their office staff and technicians treat their customers as they would want to be treated.

They would not replace ice maker but would try to repair as per contract. They unjammed the cube bars and never had a problem since.

The technician was friendly and courteous and explained what was done. The only charge I can remember was a smile and a handshake. Can't beat that for great service.

I have a contract with them for all electric, plumbing, and appliances. They do anything inside the house. They are great. They usually come out in the next day or two. If something isn't done correctly, they will return and correct it.
