They are high but they're no higher than the other dealers. They've already scheduled me to come back in December but it will be a couple hundred dollars for whatever they are going to do then.

I have gone to Thomasville Toyota for several years. Kyle June, my service representative, listens to my concerns and takes the time to make sure he understands. I would rather drive the extra distance from Tallahassee than to drive across town to the local dealership.

Made contact online with Scott Coleman. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, helpful and transparent about all details of what I wanted and got me an and quot;out-the-doorand quot; price that beat other dealers hands down. I went to meet with him and his low key approach, careful listening to what I wanted and ability to provide what I needed made it very comfortable - a distinct change from the Tallahassee dealer. He provided a demo to drive home and an immediate appraisal of my trade in. There was no high pressure. We ordered the car.
When arrival day came we still felt very comfortable and were made to feel we could contact them at any time for help with our new wheels.
