"Appointments were made to deliver and install appliances and were changed without notice, so we would be waiting and there would be a no show. My builder or I would have to call to reschedule. The salesperson always gave the same answer - I didn’t know. I thought it was part of the job to make sure everything was delivered and installed. I had to pay for the appliances and installation beforehand. It seemed like after they had your money, they didn’t care. Now, I am waiting for a refund for a dishwasher that hasn’t come. I realize it is a difficult time, but I was told several times that they could pick up the dishwasher. It makes one wonder if they went to other customers. My builder suggested them or I wouldn’t have used them. The installers were great once they arrived! An example of customer no service!"
