You can drive up without an appointment to get service done on a vehicle. They could work on their willingness to work with the customer. They are out for the sale and that is it.

We have two Honda cars and these guys keep up with the Honda
manufacturing recommended services, etc. They are not pushy and do a
great job. We have been using them for over two years and have had no
issues to date.
