"I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

"We will definitely hire AirNow again! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours, which was important during the summer months. Very professional, timely, courteous, explain everything with patience, and friendly. The call center was amazing too. They seemed very concerned about our issues even though they hear from customers all day long, If they say someone will call back soon, they really mean it! Communication is outstanding. You know when someone is on their way to your house, who is coming, and you get a picture of the person."

Then found a possum hiding in the duct work & under the AC until & went to great lengths to get the possum out. Then repaired the AC duct into the house. Price was reasonable, considering the extra work. Very nice & friendly. Absolutely would call them again."

His knowledge, personality, and workmanship is unbelievable. you do not just find people like this. they take their time to do the job as they say. they inform you of what would need to be done at your next visit, and truly will NOT just replace parts for no reason, and they will gladly show you before they remove old parts. They have ALWAYS BEEN HONEST, and they are their to help you stay cool and running. call them, and see the difference Romans AC will prove to you. They are the best in the area!"
