"Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. "On the hottest day of the year so far the A/C for the hottest part of our home quit. A Cunningham technician came out and confirmed what we suspected and feared. Our unit that was installed in 2003 was toast. We ordered a new system and after a few days the crew arrived on a day that was the new record holder for hottest of the year. The system’s air handler is located in the attic of the second floor so it was REALLY HOT up there. Jamie Hughes, Victor and Andrew were very professional and courteous in not only replacing the A/C in a very difficult and demanding situation but how respectful they were of the inside of our home.
