A car crashed into my house and took out two walls. After calling the 800 # I was connected to the Beaches/Ponte Vedra office (please see their review) which was not a good experience I googled for clean up help again and saw there was an Arlington franchise. Call them, they were great and assured me they were not affiliated with the Ponte Vedra office at all. This was two days after the accident and after the insurance adjuster had inspected. The Arlington office dispatched two very nice and professional young men (Stephen and his brother) early on Sunday morning. They arrived when they said they would and did an awesome job cleaning up. They removed and took with them all the debris which included 2x4's, drywall, carpet, insulation, and a fireplace. While telling them about the crash two days earlier and the horrible experience with the other office, they said "we wish you would have called us, cause this is what we do.." They build the insurance company directly. They then also informed me that they could do the repairs. They called their office and set up an appointment for Chandler to come out the next day for an estimate. I hired them to do the rebuild. Stay tuned for that review, I think it will go well.
Construction is complete and ServPro did a great job. Chandler was very easy to work with and was always available whenever I called. I would highly recommend this company if you have any emergency damage.
"We were very sorry to hear about a customers dissatisfaction especially after so much time has gone by. Customer service is our highest priority! We contacted him and apologized for his dissatisfaction and have hopefully made amends. Our records indicated that the call came in on 1/2/14 at 11:30am and our techs arrived onsite at 1pm. The techs extracted 204 sq ft with a rover to try to remove as much of the water as possible, moved contents for 20 minutes and sprayed antimicrobial. Before they departed at 2:40pm the tech explained to the homeowner that the pad would need to be removed, baseboards removed and drying equipment placed to dry the areas to goal. The customer wanted to check with his insurance co before we did anything other than extract. The customer signed the work authorization that had the price notated and signed a form stating that he was aware the affected materials were still wet. We did a follow up courtesy call with the customer on 1/6/14 and he mentioned the price again, but after our tech called him to explain the process again he agreed that we could charge his card. Customer satisfaction is our main goal for every job and we are sorry that he wasn’t satisfied. I asked him why he waited 7 months to write a review and he stated he was reviewing another company and decided to do our review as well."
