Nice and Clean did an excellent job of cleaning our town home. Carlos, the owner, came personally to do an initial assessment and estimate. He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. Our house looked great, particularly the bathrooms, which needed some extra work. We are using them for regularly cleanings and the experience so far has been the same. Extremely happy with the cleaning service of Nice and Clean! Carlos is very communicative on scheduling, even providing a time window when the crew will arrive the day before. The crew always arrives in that window! The crew does excellent work, very happy with the quality of cleaning. Have even had a few above-and-beyond experiences. Billing and payment is super easy. I have continued to use their service during the pandemic and am comfortable with the crew's use of masks, gloves, and honoring social distance if I am in the house. This is the second cleaning service I have had and must say Nice and Clean is far and above the best I have seen!

Carlos' team has done everything for me at this point: a move-in cleaning for my condo, a move-out cleaning for my last apartment, deep cleanings, and a bi-weekly maintenance clean (ongoing, after a pause for the first four months or so of the pandemic). They do a wonderful job and Carlos is always really, really responsive by text to any questions or updates. The day before they clean, I always get a note telling me when they'll come by (so I can hide to keep working and stay out of the way) and they're always on time. The team is super efficient and always makes my house look and smell wonderful, even though I am not a great housekeeper on my own and have a cat, who is a shedder. I feel their prices are completely reasonable. HIGHLY recommend!

Nice and Clean is a family owned and operated company that has been doing house cleaning for decades. They are trusted within my family (they also clean my parents house) and neighbors, and come highly recommended. The cleaning crew is punctual and are extremely friendly, but most of all thorough and efficient. Carlos comes and does an inspection of your home and gives you a run down of services they provide as well as an estimate, which I like rather than some generic online assessment that isn't 100% accurate. The crew leaves our house spotless each time they visit and I could not recommend them enough!

I needed to change house cleaners because my previous one wasn't doing a thorough job, and saw the great reviews for Nice & Clean on Angie's List. When I contacted Carlos, he immediately responded and set up a time to look at the house. He was so courteous and pleasant, extremely conscientious and polite. We walked through the house, and he explained how they clean, and asked if there were any items they needed to pay more attention to, or be extra careful with. I loved his professionalism. Though his prices may be slighter higher than others (not by much -- and appreciate that he wants to pay his staff fair wages), I knew I'd be in good hands considering how much Carlos cared about making sure they did a good job. So, they first came to do a deep cleaning, which was excellent, and Carlos came through to review the work. I now use them on a regular basis! Honestly, I can't remember in any industry, even hospitality, where I've gotten this level of high quality customer service! Really beyond my expectations and kudos to Carlos for being so upstanding, courteous and professional!
