"In the area in which we live, it seems deterioration of wood surfaces cannot be avoided. This homeowner had, as mentioned, some decay that needed to be addressed. What made the job interesting was some molding that needed to have the same look as the rest of the home. We found a solution that matched and will keep the home looking good for many years to come. We're always grateful for homeowners -like this one- who both work with us, and appreciate the work we do."
"We were able to take care of this homeowners request for a specialty door with no issue. Again we are glad they were satisfied with our performance and ethics."
"The homeowner wanted to convert the inexpensive "builder-grade" kitchen that was original to the house to something that had functionality and plenty of storage. I recommended IKEA cabinets and came up with a layout using IKEA's Kitchen planning tool. The IKEA rep they used made a few changes to the design and they moved forward. The functional and durable IKEA cabinets she chose and layout made for an excellent kitchen. Tons of usable space, and the look they wanted. Obviously, what we have here is another happy customer. Our goal was met."
"This homeowner says it as it is, they started with a little bit bigger project rather than a small one. our desire to perform well and create lasting relationships with satisfied customers is reflected in his review. we went on to perform many tasks on this property. Satisfaction, or lack thereof, is reflected in reviews of our business. We thus strive for satisfied -and happy- customers. This is obviously another such case."
"These smaller jobs are really the backbone of the handyman industry. Of course, there is always a balance between travel time to a project, material cost, and, of course, business profits for projects performed. A customer's realistic expectations of what the job entails also come into play. All of these things need to be considered on both the part of the customer and the service provider in order to achieve a good balance. Of course, throw in a successful project completion and satisfied customer, and you may find you have a long-term relationship. This was another one of those projects. Again, happy to help."
"At first this project looked pretty straightforward. However, when it came to the second part of the project it proved to be challenging. Pioneer Maintenance & Repair loves a challenge. We followed the procedure recommended on the equipment, took our time, and as the homeowner pointed out, achieved professional results. I'm not sure I would call myself a perfectionist but I try to do a good job. Building relationships is what it's about. people need someone dependable to call on, and that's what we try to be."
"I could see this homeowners needs were varied. She also needed the work done in a timely manner and had trouble finding someone. Pioneer Maintenance & Repair Company was able to take care of her projects. We try to go the extra mile when possible to assist a customer in making a choice where the project has that flexibility. It looks like this customer, like many others, was satisfied and happy. That is what we strive for."
"One of the great things about handyman and maintenance work is that it is seldom, if ever, repetitive. These homeowners had a variety of projects, and all of them varied in scope and difficulty. Also, they are great people and easy to work for. Enjoyed the project."
"I was happy to be able to take care of this job. That day my schedule allowed me to be able to take time to run by and replace that seat. We like to help whenever possible, and it was my pleasure to do so."
"Our goal -as I tell many customers- is to come in, perform the tasks at hand, and create a satisfied customer. We strive to accomplish that goal with every job. Like most of my customers these people were flexible, east to work with, and friendly. Makes the job easier and more enjoyable. Another project, another happy customer."
"This customer had a simple door repair and I sent my expert door guy to take care of it for them. Obviously the repair speaks for itself in this customer's satisfaction."
"During the last day or 2 before a hurricane arrives it's a pretty busy time as one might imagine. This customer called during that time needing some windows boarded up. We made the time to get this job done because we try to go the extra mile if at all possible. Result: Satisfied customer."
"Living in an area susceptible to hurricanes brings it's own set of challenges. One of them is making sure you have protection for your windows from flying debris. These homeowners were prudent to get that protection. Ultimately, another satisfied-and protected-customer."
"This customer is a classic example of our business trying to go the extra mile. The patio cover job came at a time when we were pretty busy, yet, we were able to go out after other projects and in short order get their cover attached to keep it from blowing away. The sink was another job that required extra effort, order the proper materials, a visit out to prep, and then another trip to finish. In the end though, our customers make these efforts worth it. We're glad when we can help."
"This was the second time working for these homeowners. Their friendliness and flexibility were much appreciated. I always appreciate when homeowners understand the dynamics of construction and this couple certainly does. What helps make my job enjoyable are great people, and certainly here are two more!"
"Was happy to be able to take care of this homeowner's project quickly."
"This shower door was a beast to install. Very heavy and a good bit more work than other doors I've installed. It is always fun and challenging to tackle a project that is similar, but at the same time, different from past projects. Glad we could make the homeowner happy!"
"I will not disagree with this assessment, the entryway was indeed a mess and subsequently a challenge. I listened to their concerns about not creating a lot of dust and made sure that was how we proceeded. The job turned out to her satisfaction and I'm looking forward to working with her on other projects soon. We love it when homeowners love our work!"
"We wanted to help this homeowner but were a bit unsure of his type of siding. Had to jump through a few hoops to get the right materials but in the end the work was accomplished to everyone's satisfaction and that is our goal."
"We try our best to please all of our customers. In this case there was additional attic work required but it was (fortunately) not in the summer when it would be even more difficult. We're glad that the homeowner is satisfied and pleased with the work we did for them. We really do try to go the extra mile."
"This customer called in the morning and by our good fortune we were doing work about 20 min away. At the end of the day we were able to go by and take care of his siding issues. We always try go the extra mile to take care of someone if at all possible."
"I thrive on variety in my work and receive it often during the course of a week. The work provided by the homeowner was varied and engaging. In addition, I became acquainted with two more great people, and got to make friends with their 2 small dogs (I love animals!) Homeowners often make the work more enjoyable, and this was no exception!"
"Often, it is the homeowner who unknowingly helps me to help them; such is the case here. Through his flexibility and easygoing nature, I felt only the need to accomplish the work I bid, but did not feel the ubiquitous pressure that comes with the construction industry. The homeowner understood the nature of his projects, understood that having an older home made the tasks somewhat of a challenge, and also understands that not everything is perfect and did not demand such. We performed all tasks holding to our own high standards. Result? Customer satisfaction."
