Don was able to fix several problems, including my washing machine whose water would not stop rising and replacing an out of code electrical outlet. Bizarre electrical problems cropped up with both the washing machine fix and outlet replacement while he worked on them, but he persevered and was able to figure them out and resolve the problem. Don is very friendly, gives advice about products when asked, I would recommend him to others.

Don is very knowledgeable of the appliances he works on. I trust his talent and opinions on what should be done to correct any problems with the appliance. He is the only appliance repair service that responded to my call within 24 hours. Any other one I tried would have a week or two wait time before they would come out. I found a new appliance repair guy in Don. I will without a doubt call Don should I need any other repairs.

Top notch company!! Called Don for refrigerator repair on Christmas Eve and he was at my house within a couple hours like he said, even under blizzard conditions!! He is very nice, honest and reasonable - not easy to find today as scammers are definitely out there and ready. Do not hesitate to contact Don!! ð

Don was very nice and knowledgeable. Job was completed after the needed part was ordered and received. I would call Don again if I should need any other repairs.

I submitted a request for bid and he responded right away. Came out the next day and completed the job with a reasonable price under the average minimum cost in my area. Was a bit tough to communicate with I had to call him a couple of times because he never called me back but overall I’m happy with his work.

Ron fixed my refrigerator easily, then he looked at the dishwasher that was waiting for $400 in parts from Countywide. New Pump and main Board. This made no sense to Ron, He re-booted Board (former repairman did not) Ran a cycle, Board OK, pump not right. Pulled unit to install pump and discovered mice chewed some wires. He will return today to replace the wires, saving me $400 in un-needed parts. Really good mechanic that doesnâ t just change parts.

Worked through my problem over the phone and his advise enabled me to do the job myself with the offer to come to my aid should I need him. Much appreciated, very good advise and appreciate the customer oriented approach to business. Very satisfied.
