Had a roof leak coming from a vent on a tile roof. I was thrilled the way it was all handled by Manny. I enjoyed the professionalism and also personality. They had an opening in their schedule, and it was all done in a few days. I was told a 1 year warranty. I have a lot of confidence in the job done, and definitely recommend New Era.

They are top professionals. We needed to repair a portion of our roof to satisfy a house sale inspection. They responded immediately and not only completed the repair needed but also fixed any broken or chipped tiles on the entire roof. Eber and his crew were super. Good communications. They took pictures of the work in progress so I could verify it with the inspector. Final result: An excellent finished product.

I was impressed by the professional manner in which the salesman assessed my roof repair. Based on that I decided to hire them. Once I hired them, they had a work crew at the house the next day. The work crew was friendly, tidy and efficient. Once the repair was finished, I had expressed to the salesman and owner of New Era that I wasnt quite satisfied with how a portion of my roof looked. It seemed like it would be a simple fix, It took too much effort on my part to get them to agree to come back and remedy the situation. I dont like to hear it looks good or thats the way it should look when I know it doesnt look good. When they sent the work crew back, it took them about an hour to make it look right.

I was so impressed on their response time during the heavy rain we had back in November and started to see leaks everywhere in our roof where there was none before and some ceiling collapsing. Eber Vazquez was so attentive and understanding to send immediately send his team to my house. The team was so humble and very helpful and did such great job on fixing all the leaks before the rain started again. Thanks !
