Peter and the entire team at Giza Roofing are spectacular!!! From the initial visit to provide a quote until the roof was completely installed, inspected and everything signed off, Peter kept us informed. He provided updates throughout the process, stopping by to ensure his quality standards were met. Peter was always available if we had any questions or concerns and throughout the process he asked if we were satisfied with how things were going. His tear off and installation teams were respectful of our property and our neighbors. As a recent amputee, I was in and out of the house for a lot of appointments and, without asking, the guys quickly moved vehicles or any other equipment so I could safely and easily get in and out of the house. They cleaned up each day, worked efficiently and did a great job. They ensured that the tile we requested was in stock so there were no delays. We canâ t recommend Giza Roofing highly enough after this seamless experience. It's rare to find a contractor with Giza Roofing's exacting detail and true concern for customer satisfaction!!!

Two Great businesses I would like to give a review. Just before hurricane Ian Giza Roofing replaced the roofing on (2) condominium buildings containing a total of 16-unit owners. After the roof was installed, we needed 6â gutters on the South/ North sides of both buildings. Peter Giza recommended Tyler, who was the business owner with â Good Guys Guttersâ . After Ian both contractors worked with me as the HOA, President to address any issues. Both contractors I highly recommend. Our carport during the hurricane blew away and struck the new roof, creating damage, damage Peter Giza was able to repair at a fraction of the replacement cost. Later a leak developed in an upstairs unit, which later was not the fault of either of these two contractors. Peter came out during the Thanksgiving Holiday to work with me on the roof leaks. Afterwords Good Guy Gutters found the root cause of the leak. Turns out it was cracks in the stucco, not the problem of either contractors. Both contractors worked with me to fault isolate the leak problem. I highly recommend these two contractors. Five Stars ***** all the way. Both contractors were very fair in their pricing and provided the best service. On the follow-up calls there was no charge. Now, this is the mark of excellent contractors.

Giza roofing did a great job on our new metall roof in terra-cotta color. It started with good advise and reliable information, starting the work fast and timely in the aftermath of IAN. During the work he sent us informations and fotos via WhatsApp to Germany. Now we are back in Cape Coral and we like the look of the new roof and are very content with the work

This company erased all our worries of navigating the worries of getting a new roof on our home. Giza Roofing Solutions owner, Peter, did exactly what he said he would do and at a reasonable price. His project manager, materials guy and installation crew were all very professional and courteous. The company took care of all inspections and permits with the city , but after all was finished Peter, the owner, did his own finally inspection. We would give them 100 stars and highly recommend Giza Roofing Solutions for your next roof, you will not be disappointed!!

If I could give Peter Giza and his Giza Roofing Solutions six stars, I would. I did a lot of research to find a company to re-shingle our large house. After seeing Giza's highly rated reviews, I got a bid and ended up choosing the company. I was going to be gone while the job was being done, so I was somewhat concerned shortcuts might be taken, so I asked a good friend who was a contractor for decades to check when the work was done. I couldn't be happier with the work Giza did on our home. They did a beautiful job. My friend only found a couple of very small issues that needed to be fixed and Giza was there within a couple of days to do the work and finished the job spectacularly. In addition, when they discovered I needed a vent installed over my garage, they did that at NO EXTRA COST. Amazing!! I can't say enough good things about Peter Giza's company and how he communicates with you, the photos he sends, showing up when he says they will and doing a wonderful job. You won't go wrong with Giza Roofing Solutions!

Peter did a fine job for us. He found the leak and repaired it within a few weeks at a reasonable price and didn't try to sell us a whole new roof. We found him to be an honest and charming businessman. He kept us informed and kept his appointments on time. His workers were efficient and polite. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Peter is a hands on owner, who treats you and your roof install as if you were a family member. He is constantly communicating with you and letting you know all the various stages. He is professional, follows through, and is honest. When our roof was done he met us to do a walk through. Who does that now? You can tell he really cares about your roof and is passionate. Peter is the best contractor to work with. He's the first contractor who actually shows up on time (if not early)! He takes the time to listen to you, makes suggestions, does what he says he's going to do, or explains why something can't be done. There's no guesswork, wondering when he'll show up, or what's going on. He will also help with the insurance company's needs regarding laws and ordinances. His was the only roofing company that offered to contact the city and get the necessary letter. I highly recommend this company because of Peter.

Duane did our estimate and is very knowledgeable. He came up with a permanent solution for our roof. Peter (the owner) also came to inspect the roof and get the project started. They got started right away and did quality work. Our roof will now last for a very long time.

I am a single woman. That being said I am always skeptical when hiring a contractor to do any work to my home. I always have extra charges above and beyond what I was quoted. This roofing company gave me the best price and did not charge me any hidden fees. They treated me with respect and explained everything they were doing. They even cleaned everything after they were finished the job. Excellent job.
