Andy, Chris, Daisy, and the 7-man roofing crew were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did an outstanding job, excellent price, and not one piece of roofing material or nails in the flower beds or lawn. Andy and Chris kept in communication with me throughout the entire project. Great, professional and quality service. One month later, my gutters are now installed a few days after they did the roof. Zero problems with Chris or Andy. Great company. Quick and timely. Efficient.

Here it is 18 months later. They never fixed the gutter damage and all I got were misworded replies to my questions. I gave up. Now I need to replace the gutters and the gutter guy tells me the flashing was mis installed. Its a mess. The leaf guards won't go on correctly either due to this bad installation. The roof does not leak yet but a close look at some parts of the roof looks suspect.

This company seems to have installed the roof correctly, but I dont think you can ask any questions... as few (if any) speak english. They did promise to come back after the roof was finished and paid for to fix some things they damaged on my gutters... its two months later and, even after multiple reminders, they have not returned. They talk a good talk, but you should not pay them before they have fufilled all promises. Their salesman is not to be trusted either... once the money changed hands, the customer service and promises were forgotten.

Clean, friendly and on time.

I had heard about good and bad roofing contractors in Florida - whomever did our roof in 2005 was not a good one - so approached our search for a good roofing contractors very carefully. We researched reviews, looked at Nextdoor to see what people said every time someone asked who a good roofing contractor would be, and did a lot of homework. Time after time, we saw Florida Top Shield pop up as one of the best. I called roofing companies, and took multiple bids, looking at how they handled us as potential customers. Andy, with Florida Top Shield, was on time, courteous, took the time to show us our options and the types of products used. His bid was one of the lower bids, too - not exorbitant or inflated. We were impressed. So we hired Florida Too Shield to do the job. Our insurance company had told us that our roof must be replaced before September 23 or they would cancel our insurance. Shortly before the job was to start, my husband had to go in the hospital (as of this writing, that was 11 days ago, and he is still there). Nevertheless, on a time crunch, we gave Florida Top Shield the go-ahead to do the job. They started on Wednesday a week ago. Their crew started early to beat the weather and worked late. They installed hurricane straps. When it rained before they were done they double checked inside to make sure everything was okay. They were focused, polite, used no fowl language nor listened to any offensive music. They were meticulous in their attention to detail to make sure our new gutters and leaf guards weren't damaged. I took photos of the entire process so my hospitalized husband could follow their progress. They finished late on Saturday night, days ahead of schedule. The result was stunning. I went up and walked on it, taking pictures to show my husband. I was impressed with the way they replaced the flashing around our recently rebuilt chimney and carefully retrimmed around that chimney with cedar. Beautiful work! They also worked to make sure the site was cleaned up afterward, and I only found breakage on one plant - which I suspect might have happened on the last day since they worked until dark to get the job done right. When we received the final invoice there were no undisclosed cost overruns and everything was within previously discussed parameters. Andy came by after the work was done as I wanted to give him a check directly and shake his hand, and let him know how appreciative we were of a good job. What impressed me even more, however was when the building inspector came to do the final inspection. His words: "this is a good company, and one of the few..." I recommended these people to anyone. Fast, efficient, quality workmanship, integrity.

Most amazing company, when the quote was given Andy could not have more accommodating with information. Their pricing is fair! Their employees are very diligant, if you have a question about anything they call you back almost immediately.I I would recommend this local company above all others.

These guys were great--- and they also had the best price I got out of 4 contenders. They actually began and finished work ahead of schedule, did a thorough and efficient job, and did an amazingly complete cleanup along the way. I highly recommend.

Project: Install new metal roof Outstanding customer service, showed on time, finished job as promised, cleaned all the debris and old nails. When a problem arises, the owner, Jovanni, was there immediately, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. And not to mention was cheaper than others. Andy, my point of contact was above and beyond to help and correct any problems. All in all, a very great experience, and I love my new roof!

The easiest way to say it is , they did a great job on my shingle roof. They showed up at the times they told me, no delays , they got the permits, hauled off all the old material. Cleaned up everyday. The installers were very good to deal with. Always ask if I was satisfied with what they had done each day. They lined up the inspections that had to be done on time. I can not say how nice it was to deal with a company like that. Oh by the way I was a roofing contractor before I retired! I would recommend them to anybody, and just did to my best friend! I am amazed at how professional the company, workers, owner and sales person were. The owner came out personally when I had a question or suggestion. The workers arrived on time and were very courteous. And Andy, the sales person, delivered as promised. I was amazed after years of hearing how bad Florida roofing companies are. I could not be happier than with Florida Top Shield Roofing. What more could you want?

This is my first experience with Home Advisor so I believed that I was choosing from professional companies. I chose this company to keep my business local as they buy their metal locally and they do not sub out their workers. From the beginning, there were communication problems that took several calls to resolve such as the company reinstalling an old satellite dish that had not been in use since 2007 which was made clear several times before and during the project process, to cut my internet cable and just leaving for the day instead of explaining error. This was a small job for a 1000 sq. foot home I was told 3-5 days it took 9 days still no communication. Still waiting on the final inspection on Sept.9th although the salesman Andy and owner Mr. Garcia took turns calling me, one call at 8 pm, to harass me for the final payment beginning on Sept. 2. I paid on Sept. 4 to have peace and to put this ordeal to an end. I hired an independent company to inspect the roof and the workmanship and all looks sound and while I was writing this review the city inspector came and the final inspection was passed on Sept 9th. I have paid over 16,000 for this roof and can only hope I will get my moneys worth, and I will be purchasing protection and a *No Trespass* sign for my residence to feel secure again. I will give Home advisor another go but I would not recommend this roofing company they need to treat the customer with more respect, listen, and communicate.

The crew was wonderful and tore up all the old stuff and hauled it away and got the roof covered for inspection in over a day. Very fast nice and good job
