"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! The previous tub was a 70” low access alcove tub which is not currently available. Owner, Jesus Grafina suggested a 60” alcove tub and built in a tiled bench/shelf, which was the perfect solution. Jesus gave us a prompt, complete and accurate estimate and started work quickly. This job was completed by three amazing workers, doing high quality work ahead of schedule. We appreciated the care they took to protect our floors, and they swept and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Your garbage disposal will only affect the health of your septic tank if you’re using it too frequently, or filling it with organic waste that doesn’t fully break down. If the tank fills up with too many solids, the bacteria won’t have enough time to consume it before more is added, which can lead to an overflow in the drain field. Your tank will need to be pumped more frequently with excessive or improper garbage disposal use.
