"Kevin the owner came with one of his plumbers and they immediately got busy doing the job of getting on the roof to snake out the main sewer drain and also took a video at no extra charge. The price was exactly as quoted and he even installed a replacement garbage disposal air switch (which we had a new one ready to my husband to fix) at no extra charge. He is efficient, personable, knowledgable with 20 years in the business, and reasonably priced. Can you ask for more! I have never met him before and found him on Angies list, I am very pleased that I did-I think you will be too."

Completed installation in about two hours.  Provided a complete explanation of the systems controls and warranty,  when to add salt, when to flush out salt tank, what to do after a power outage and when system service would be needed again.  Eric did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results.  Water no longer smells and the water from the tap tastes fine.

The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and the dryer works so much better now. I will definitely use this company again."
