This company was recommended by a friend who said they are really good because my water heater was leaking. So I texted Allen on this past Sunday and he responded ON A SUNDAY!!! I spoke with him on the phone the following day (Monday) and he scheduled my installation for the next day (Tuesday). Allen assigned Rodrigo to do the installation; he and his assistant did a fine job!! These guys know their craft, and they are professional and personable. They changed out the fittings too—the water lines connections-brand new copper fittings and silver lines. Nice clean job. I am so happy. I would use them for other services and highly recommend.

Allen & Peter were a pleasure to deal with. Peter was my technician and he was extremely courteous and professional. He repaired my leaky faucet and he knew exactly what to do. My faucet is now back to normal and no leaks. He actually called me to say he could be here earlier than expected. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family and will continue to use 911 for all my plumbing needs. The price was also reasonable. If you need a plumber you should call Allen at 911 Plumbing LLC. There are several listings for 911 Plumbing but don't be mistaken . Their number is 561-386-7520 Love these guys!

Allen and Peter do great work. They were at my house 20 minutes after calling. They updated me throughout the whole process and gave very reasonable prices (had multiple things done). Their attitudes and work ethic is impeccable. They are very trustworthy — coming from a young woman who’s been ripped off many times lol.

MAGNIFICENTLY! We called Allen, the owner, after 5 pm on Wednesday and by 8:45 am on Thursday he was there. Allen and his 2 workers completed both jobs in 1.5 hours. This is truly great responsive service. And the work was well done!

I had three plumbers prior to this company come in to correct my sink disposal in my kitchen. All three “fixed” the problem. It wasn’t until 911 Plumbing came in, was able to correctly diagnose the problem and truly fix the disposal. The professionalism and quick pace that upheld quality is unmatched and any further plumbing needs will be with this company.
