"Gerald Simmons, owner of 3N1 Services, and his second in command, Rodolfo, arrived on time and did a fabulous job in cleaning the tiles and grout in every room of our home, especially the shower in the master bathroom which needed regrouting. They also did a great job in cleaning a large area rug in the living room. Our home feels fresh and new again! "I was very impressed with the service I received. Andrew, the technician showed up around an hour after I contacted the company to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a dryer vent cleaned."
