Called Chris plumbing service and they are really good, professional and on time. Greg was awesome in assisting with our water heater and softener and did it in record time. Highly recommend the company and Greg!

We had used Chris's Plumbing in the past and called them even though I was told service had gone downhill since Chris's passing. They are horrible. Came out and changed 1 shut off valve instead of 2 and charged $183. Called them again to fix the other one and second time charged me another $190. A total of $320 labor costs for leas than and hour of regular labor plumbing. Mind you, both times combined were less than an hour drive and we are 5 minutes away from them, so time and mileage were negligible. When I called, I was basically told it is what it is and hung up on me. I'm retired and will never use them again. Stay away.

Don't use this company. I used Chris's Plumbing to install a new disposal and hook up a dishwasher to that same disposal. They charged $700 dollars for 3 hours of labor and parts. The tech was obviously milking time due to their hourly rate policy. They also charge you for driving to your house. $160/hour. Too easy for techs to abuse the hourly policy to the detriment of customers. Office staff gets defensive and is powerless to offer any solutions to save a repeat customer. Even tried to gaslight me that I was the one being argumentative. I've installed plenty of disposals and dishwashers myself. Doesn't take three hours to do it. I paid their bill, but, will NEVER use them again.

I do not normally like to write bad reviews, I run a car dealership and I know the importance of getting good reviews, but the person that represented your company treated me like dirt. on April 2, 2023 your company was suppose to have drained my septic, I made it home in time to speak with your worker. He stated to me and my wife that the septic did not need draining that he had to just clean the filter. He then told me that I could do it myself and not have to call them out. I took his word and paid him for the service. It was not but a few days later that we started experiencing the same problem. When I called the office the lady on the other end told me there is no way her man said he drained the septic and I was a liar. I since called out another company and they drained my septic and checked me drain field. the problem was there was another filter just dropped down in the tank blocking the flow. I tried showing her the pictures that the guy never draged his hose across my yard, but she still said I was a liar. No problem, I will never do business with your organization and will let everyone I know how I was treated.

I called to have my septic system pumped out yesterday. They came and pumped it out, but then they told me my lift station pump had burned out. So call the office to schedule a plumber to fix it. The lady at the office named Danielle said to me that the pump was replaced in 2017 by them, I asked what pump they placed into the well, and her response was, "we don't keep model numbers, just the horsepower of the pump." She then told me it was a 3-horsepower pump. I went to pull the pump out of the well, and Chris's Plumbing snapped off the fitting because the pump was sitting at the bottom. Come to find out that the pump they said was a 3 HP was a 1/3 HP pump. Chris's Plumbing priced me to have someone come out to fix the pump, $800-$1000 to fix it all... After they snapped the fitting... Nothing but a rip-off! I will not be recommending them at all.

$140 per hour and you pay for them to travel to your home!! Charged us 4 hours for a 1 hour repair. Didn't bring the parts to do the job, and double billed us and the HOA for part of the repair. Be aware!! Choose a different company if you want to be treated fairly.

The first job they did for me they charged me $550, because they used a jetter they said they found a lot of grease and it probably came from the restaurant next door to my business. They said they would need to bring in a camera and they would do it for $175. I don't know how, but $175 turned into $703.50 on the their next visit after I had paid already $549.25 a week prior. They could not see anything with the camera on the second visit due to the grease yet they still spent a few hours in there just to come to the same conclusion from the first visit. It was grease that came from the restaurant next door. The second visit was not necessary, but at the most it should had been for $175 like I had discussed with them the first time. My manager did not know, so he paid the $703.50 cash and I lost my money.

I will NEVER use Chris’ plumbing again or recommend it to anyone I know. Horrible company, terrible customer service especially from the owner. The company gave me an invoice, called back with a question on the labor and they increased the price on it and refused to honor the original invoice (literally a difference of about $20). Whenever I asked to have the original quote that I received for the work done (the price that I would have paid if I just paid the bill), I was told no because it was “my fault that I didn’t put the signature on the invoice” even though I was never asked to sign it. I have a copy of the original invoice and was still told this. I asked the technician if I could speak to the office, which he said was closed and that only the 24/7 hour line for scheduling could be contacted and that they don’t handle billing. No problem with that, however the owner stated that was not true. Whenever I spoke with the owner, Joanne, she straight up stated that I was “irrational” and that I “tried to take advantage of the technician because he is a young man and I made him feel nervous”????? Apparently I made him feel nervous by trying to justify having no approximate time frame (over 3 hours), no description of the work that he needed to do, him leaving for 30 minutes to get extra parts and charging for the time frame as well as calling for help multiple times on the work he was doing. If you want to get hit with a $500 bill by a company owned by crooks that like to take advantage of people, by all means use them

Cameron was at the house 30 minutes after a call from the dispatcher saying he was on his way. He snaked out our drain lines, explained what he was looking for, cleaned up and was on his way.

The water heater it flooded it just got a hole and it flooded the garage. The garage flooded the floor, it was coming out in the driveway and that's how we realized something was wrong. Otherwise, we might have left the garage closed and it would have really done damage. The tech came out the next day at 10 am. The water heater was under warranty, it had six more months under warranty, which was a really nice surprise. So, they replaced the whole water heater. It was a top of the line water heater so they replaced it with the same kind, so it's still a good one.

Awful Nightmare. Service man not qualified, walked around for an hour before he even located the septic tank even after we told him where it was. Charged me $250 and didn't even fix it cause he didn't have the right part. The owner's name is Chris and he behaved like a bully and very unprofessional. Please do not call this company.

Excellent service with very quick response time for a completely blocked 50 year old home! Serviceman"Rich" went right to work cleaning all the clogged drain lines from the roof - (bath/ toilet plus kitchen) were soon flowing "as good as new". He checked the drains inside and explained how "trunk line" drains needed further cleaning (snaking) from inside and quickly removed p-traps where kitchen drain and laundry tub drain were still slow to get them flowing freely. He was very professional and explained things as he went - making sure we understood the process and any added costs (I appreciated the owner explaining details of cost/ charges over the phone before dispatching).

I called before 8:00 AM, repair was completed before 10:00 AM. Prompt and punctual service, everyone was polite and professional. The price seems right for less than an hour's work to replace a leaky copper pipe and clean up. I was informed there would be a hole in the wall after the repair, which I expected. No fuss, no surprise, I will call this company again next time.

Excellent! Originally called a national firm who couldn't come out until the next day (Monday). Called Chris's, tech was out within an hour, snaked from the roof over 75 feet, fixed the clog was finished in an hour. Very pleased with service, professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and friendliness. Would hire these guys again.
