Very helpful and the least “salesman like” of the quotes I received

Michael was very professional , his presentation sold us the system and now we feel safe with our water

Even tho they put the system in the wrong location, they showed the noise level was not disturbing.

System works well but the installation was a bit of an issue. There were leaks after the initial installation but this was corrected.

I decided to install a water system with HydroTech FL for 3 main reasons: 1.) Highest quality water systems on the market. 2.) Lowest cost guarantee 3.) Fantastic customer service with ongoing scheduled follow up After going through the tedious and drawn out process of meeting with over 5 different companies and receiving quotes from each of them, I came to the conclusion that HydroTech FL was the most compelling. The sales rep Alex did a fantastic job at not only presenting the different products that the company has to offer as well as following up after the installation. He returned to our home after the installation was complete to make sure everything was functioning properly and made certain that all of our needs were met. Damien our installer took the extra time to make sure the installation was immaculate. Incredibly impressed with this company throughout the entire process.

Excellent product and customer service

I had received quotes from other companies for a whole house water filtration system, and Hydrotech FL gave me the best system for the money I paid, as compared to what the other companies were quoting. Even though it wasn't necessarily the cheapest quote, I believe Hyrdotech FL gave the best value, based on the quality of the filtration system as well as the post-installation service/maintenance that was included in the price.

Alex was genuine and not the run of the mill type salesperson. He truly cares about the client and their needs. His presentation was thoughtful and thorough. This system is comparable to the others, but less money and a much better value overall. Scott was also very helpful and communicative during the process from start to finish. Installers were clean, tidy and efficient.

We had a 30 year old system and researched multiple companies, systems and had in-home quotes. The sales associate, Alex, was knowledgeable and prepared. He answered all my questions with confidence and sent me articles when I was on the fence between systems. the in-house installation and customer care team was equally as professional and prompt, they were respectful of our home inside and out, and even friendly to our dogs. They also followed up often to ensure our system was working properly and made sure we were happy. Throughout the process, from the quote to the follow-up, each staff member treated us like a friend would. They are a close team and work well together also which was so refreshing. In addition to the water filtration system and RO system, we also received huge amounts of â pure and gentleâ hypoallergenic soaps, cleaners, and sanitizers as part of the install package. I initially thought it was a nice perk and fun to pick out scents. when I got the package in the mail i was blown away. It is clear weâ ll be saving significant money on those items and using much less single use plastic - I was skeptical since I have my favorite brands but find Iâ m using all of it! I got another call asking about the products after they arrived and learned that we get the products free for 3 yearsâ ¦ the first box was huge! Very happy with the entire experience and the system. Iâ d choose it again, given the opportunity.
