Also, a pipe connecting the pump to the water tank came loose from when Justin had come last time and reconfigured the hook up. Guess it needed the "Tom touch" to tighten it up and make it effective again! Tom also moved a sprinkler line for me that was too close to the property line and set it in a more favorable spot. Tom also took the time to refill the water tank adding in all the chemicals that improve the lawn care. Those are helpful "little things" that this company does that they aren't required to do. It makes all the difference in the customer service experience. All is working again and I couldn't have beaten the price with anyone.
