Dave is truly a life saver. My unit went out on Thursday and I called Penguin Air since they had been recommended to me by my neighbor. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 8am and noon. I called Penguin mid-afternoon and was told their technician was running late but I was still on their schedule. Around 5pm I received a text stating that I was being cancelled and they could get to me on Sunday or Monday. I found Az Cooling Co on Yelp. I called and got an app't for Saturday at noon. Dave showed up (on time), diagnosed the problem, and had my unit working in no time. The charge was very reasonable and there was no up-charge. Dave appears to be honest and trustworthy. He will be my go-to for all HVAC issues.
