During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. His integrity and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the assessment."

"Sam and Dan were absolutely phenomenal. They were polite, professional, and attentive, making sure every aspect of the installation met our standards and answering all of our questions. The work performed was done incredibly well. The end result looks amazing, and the cable management is great as well. Sam and Dan were very careful to avoid scratching any walls and had the courtesy to clean up the carpet after they were done. They helped walk us through setting up the new TV, and even stayed to deal with an unexpected connectivity issue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company is great as well. They had their technicians out to our place within a few days, and the price, given the quality and scope of the work, is excellent.
