We hired a surveyor to mark our property line and decided to grade that land and install a retaining wall. I am so glad we hired ODL. They worked within our budget and did a phenomenal job! "Beware when signing a 3 yr service contract. We signed a contract in Nov 2019. We were told that would give us 2 pump outs and an inspection every year. They also talked us into buying two risers to make it more convenient for them to check the system. Not only did the salesperson charge me $737.70 3 times because he kept loosing signal on his iPad, but it took me a month to get that money back. I emailed a few weeks ago to have my final inspection and pump out. I was told by Roland Young, a supervisor for Residential division that my 3 year contract had been fulfilled . If my contract was signed on the 4,Nov 2019 then they owe me another inspection and pump out. According to Mr Young they did not owe me anything. They counted my first cleanout and inspection 11/4/2019, the second inspection 11/11/2020 and the third inspection 12/16/21. That was what was included in the three year contract. My contract specifically states 3Yr Service Contract, Not two year service contract. The salesperson sold me two pump outs and a 3 yr contract. Apparently Mr Young has difficulty in calculating how many years make 3. Please do your diligence and make the salesperson spell out everything you get included in that contract specifically!"
