Franklin communicated very well, provided information and pricing, asked good questions, arrived on time, was very professional and mindful of my client's home, flooring etc. He and his assistant, hung 3 very large and heavy mirrors perfectly. He had just the right type hanging device to handle these mirrors. Great job and I will be calling upon him again for another project I have going along.
