"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

The crew were professional and friendly, from the first visit by the inspector James, to Nick, who worked on the contract and financing. The crew (Tyler, Max, Alan, Tristan, Ryan, and Greg) were hard working, professional, polite, and actually good people. In the past I have had good workers who were not so good people, good people who were not so good workers, but the crew from Alpha were good people and good workers. Couldn't have asked for more. They constantly kept me updated on the project, and every day they left the house cleaned up and prepped for the next days work. They were efficient, and throughout the process they strove to minimize the impact on my family.
