"Understandably you will get postponed if the tree crew gets rained out ( After all it is the rainy season. That said there needs to be better communication between OAKTREE'S office and the customer ie; the office needs to notify the customers "everytime "there is a cancelation and/or a change in there appointment time . Leaving customers guessing, wondering , and most of all killing their entire day because they are sitting home waiting for an appointment they made in good faith , only to assume that hours after the scheduled appointment was due NOBODY'S coming . Also not being notified or calls returned is simply poor communication skills . As far as the Stump removal job GREAT JOB , the grinding machine operater was very efficient at his job . Also very courteous an professional. Finally I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use again , OAKWOOD tree service for any tree services you might need . Again overall Great job ! Great price ..."

"We were advised our Mahogany tree was dying and had to be removed. Unsure, we called Arborology, Inc. and he not only checked out our tree (healthy, but poorly pruned), he also educated us about how to protect it and insure its continued health. He does not provide on-going tree/lawn care, so had no financial motive to get us to engage more services than necessary. We felt his attitude was to help us help our tree now and in the future. His home visit was priced very reasonable and we are so glad we checked with him before considering removal. We highly recommend Aborology Inc. for needed guidance in tree care."
