Wright's Tree Service

Wright's Tree Service did a good job. They were responsive to my calls. Their work was done carefully and professionally. Price was competitive.

It was excellent. They knew what we need. They trim trees and bushes and they did a great job.

They call you every year before the season starts to go through with you what the various options are and which plants you want treated for which things which is good cause I needed to choose and their telling you because they know your particular yard and your particular situation so each year we decide how much we want them to do and then they come we had a big problem one year with web worms and so they come at exactly the time the web worms appear on the scene and other years it's not an issue so they don't do it so it varies from time to time, sometimes when they come and do an application it's an hundred dollars. They are arborous  and they do excellent work and then of course in the event that you actually have a tree come down or something they come out right away that happen once were they came out right away to declare it.

They did an excellent job. Everything we needed done was accomplished. I was away when they did the work but when I returned home you couldn't see any sign of debris from all that work. They did damage one landscaping light but they asked me to replace it and take the cost off the bill which I did. I didn't even notice the light had been damaged, so I am impressed they reached out to make it good right away. I have used them before and plan to do so any time I need tree service in the future.

Wright does not try to oversell services.  They have professionals who know what they are doing. I trust that Wright will continue to monitor these two trees in coming years and discuss intervention as needed.

We don't know yet if it's going to work.

The treatments were below soil level for each tree

Came in June as promised. We now have a service contract. So they will come when the weather is warm enough each year
and fertilize the trees.  The personel are very knowledgeable and helpful.  Clean cut and professional.  Did not try and sell us anything extra.

My family has used Wright's Tree Service since the 1970's and they're a great, family owned company that does quality work. 

I asked if they could also cut a small limb off a tree unrelated to the work that was being requested and they did so at no additional charge.  They were also very careful not to tear up my lawn getting all of the equipment to the backyard.

I have a bush treated every year for prevention of a fungus and if I forget to call, they contact me to ask if I'd like to have it done.

I highly recommend them.

We didn't get the bill yet for the work done. We're satisfied with them and they do a good job. When we find someone good, we would want to keep them. We're never here when they're here. We pretty much just know from their work. We would recommend them. They are a little pricey though.

Beware of Wrights Tree Pirates - as I like to call them. This company had done work for the former owner of a home we purchased. Before purchase I met with them and several other companies to get bids for cutting down dead or dying trees. After receiving their quote we agreed to have them cut down over thirty trees. On January 22nd Brian Wright sent me a quote for $5250 to cut down and quot;all 35 marked Ash trees and leave all materialand quot;. When we were finally both ready to have work begin they came out in May to start. Upon coming home early I saw the crew was gone for the day and emailed Brian to inquire and verify/clarify some of the work he had promised and to clarify the billing. I also let him know that his crew cut down a tree on a neighbors property not belonging to me. Brian got very upset that a customer would want to contact them to clarify job scope, cost, etc. On May 14th he then sent back an email that said he was feeling and quot;put on the spotand quot; and and quot;not comfortable with this working relationshipand quot; . I'm sorry, but if you are hired to do a job, aren't you on the spot? It also came with a new price to finish the work of $7,500. Exactly an issue I had voiced concern to him previously. Regarding contractors trying to flip the price up when they get into a deal. When I finally reached Brian on the phone he had the audacity to tell me that I am somehow not a good person because I am choosing to spend $100,000 (incorrect guess) to fix up my recently purchased house while I and quot;nickel and dimeand quot; him. By the way he is the one who generated the quote for the work not me. I would avoid this company at all costs unless you want some contractor to tell you how to spend your money, become massively defensive upon asking them a question, have them cut a neighbors tree down, and having them walk off the job they bid out.

They messed up a handful of the trees on our property. BUT, what is 1000 times worse than messing up is the way in which they handled the mistake. Instead of apologizing, they insisted they were right in how things were done and blamed us. They insisted that we asked them to do the trees that way and were verbally abusive! I have never in my life been treated so poorly.
Mistakes will happen and you can always repair the relationship when handled correctly. They are a case study on how NOT to handle a mistake! All they had to do was say they were sorry, that they misunderstood the direction and offer to do anything they could to make it better. No discount was even requested! That wasn't the point.

They were very professional and courteous. I really was very happy the way they went about cutting the branches down and did not ruin any of my gardens. I had a few trees taken down a few years ago and they left a mess in our yard, but Wright Way took away an or chopped up the branches, you couldn't even tell that they were there.

I would recommend them to anyone and the next time we need that service, we will certainly call them

Was satisfied with service. However, they stated that they would come back around to our home to remove a large squirrel nest in a tree they had trimmed, but failed to do so.
