Very fast service! Called Ricky in the morning for quote, he had Israel was out within the hour and crew was laying sod within minutes. They did a great job! Very professional and friendly!

Sod Install was the project paid for. Ricky did not honor his word pertaing to returning to check the sod with 45 days. When I called him about dead grass he said he would come by and check. He never came at all. No integrity and no honoring their commitments. I don't recommend this company at all.

Ricky was awesome. Took a bit longer then expected but in the end came through. He missed one part of my quote but has promised a refund. Hoping to see that soon.

This company is way beyond good. Ricky assessed our longtime problem and quickly gave us his recommendations and a reaonable quote. We had spent money on two other companies who did nothing to solve the problem and didn't bother to call us back when we complained. Ricky is an outstanding professional and had our entire sprinkler system up and working better than we thought possible in one day! The lawn had to be torn up in places to run wires but his guys put the sod all back like new. What a wonderful company this was to work with. They answered all our questions, gave prompt callbacks, and we have hired him back for another project. If you want your irrigation system working like it should or want some landscaping done Ricky is the man to call. We were so happy that we found him! Wish we could give him ten stars.

After the satisfactory planning and installation of landscaping for the back of our home, with promised follow- through, we hired Ricky and his crew again to design and install new landscaping for the front of our home. We made some modifications to the original plan, and are VERY pleased with the results. He knows his plants! Ricky and his team removed my old lawn and installed new sod and curbing. We had not planned to include curbing around the flower beds, but Ricky thoroughly reviewed the benefits with us, What a difference the curbing makes! He provided several options, pricing, and positives and negatives for both the sod and the curbing. On the day of the install, Ricky checked and adjusted our existing irrigation system to assure that the new sod would be properly watered. The following day, he called to make sure that the irrigation system was running properly. I absolutely love his patience, sound explanations, great communication, and follow-up. He is a caring professional, providing high quality workmanship and economical pricing.

Our pool cage / lanai area now looks wonderful thanks to Ricky's installation of Calussa, new software and other beautiful and healthy plants. The absolute worst landscaping job. First, this was supposed to be a two day job. Ended up being three weeks because the owner Ricky, avoiding my calls, left my texts on read with no response. and only responded when I contacted the BBB. The mulch they placed is piled so high in some areas that water is spilling over into my lanai when it rains. I had two drains outback that were to be put under ground. They did not do it. They tied the drain spout, closed and buried mulch over it. All the plants they installed are too close together and now growing into each other. I had mentioned this to the owner that this was a concern as they got bigger but was reassured It would not be a problem. Well now it is a problem. All the plants are linear in a straight line there is no design at all. I have four trees out back that mulch was supposed to be put around, did not happen. And so today I had personal touch landscaping company come out and they were in shock at the shotty job this company did. The architect actually suggested that I take them to court and get my money back. Thats how bad of a job they did. I wish I could upload pictures. And I may just do that. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Ever!

Ricky and his team are the best when it comes to installation, quality and price. I had them move some bushes and plant new clusia along the side of my home and add sod. It looks amazing and everything is so clean and professionally done.

10 out of 10 Southern Oak is amazing you cannot find anybody better than this company. Working with Ricky was a pleasant experience, my well pump went out and he immediately came out to replace it. Not only did he replaced the pump, he also took the time to fix my pressure switch and made sure my irrigation system was working properly. He pointed out a few things that could be done to have the system perform at its best. The knowledge and attention to details Ricky has is top notch. I would highly recommend this company!!

I highly recommend Southern Oak Landscaping. Working with Ricky, the owner, is a dream. He is dependable and professional, as are his crew members. In our initial meeting, Ricky took the time to carefully evaluate our irrigation repair and sod installation needs. His detailed proposal thoroughly outlined the scope of work. Plus, Ricky always answers calls and responds to texts. Southern Oak stayed on schedule and got the work done much faster than we anticipated. They even worked on a day of projected tornados, and returned that day after the storms passed to finish laying the sod. We are extremely happy with the Quality of work for both irrigation and sod replacement. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
