He notices potential issues and 'keeps an eye on them' until it is time to act. If a problem occurs that he does not handle, he refers someone who also does quality work. Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."

They also painted my living room, hallway, and bedroom and installed a bookshelf unit from IKEA and the end result was perfect and he added final touches that made them appear to be high-end!
