"Understandably you will get postponed if the tree crew gets rained out ( After all it is the rainy season. That said there needs to be better communication between OAKTREE'S office and the customer ie; the office needs to notify the customers "everytime "there is a cancelation and/or a change in there appointment time . Leaving customers guessing, wondering , and most of all killing their entire day because they are sitting home waiting for an appointment they made in good faith , only to assume that hours after the scheduled appointment was due NOBODY'S coming . Also not being notified or calls returned is simply poor communication skills . As far as the Stump removal job GREAT JOB , the grinding machine operater was very efficient at his job . Also very courteous an professional. Finally I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use again , OAKWOOD tree service for any tree services you might need . Again overall Great job ! Great price ..."
