Very communicative via text, timely and professional. We had a tall Royal Palm to be cut down. It took approximately 1 hour a d 15 minutes for cut, stump grinding and clean up. I requested 3 cuts to prevent possible damage to neighboring homes. No problem, they did as requested. The owner is Benjamin. Speaks excellent English and negotiates. Great job.

True Pros. After being robbed by over 5 contractors I have FOUND MY GO TO GUY BENJAMIN!!! He is polite, courteous, well spoken, trustworthy, etc. He shows up on time and his pricing is very fair. He tells you 2hat you need not what he wants to sell you. He also does, repairs and painting you name it. You will be absolutely satisfied with 5his young man and his very hardworking crew. My property was a disaster and Juan came in and had it looking amazing in one day. Benjamin is a gem and I can finally relax knowing he will be overseeing all of my projects.

Understandably you will get postponed if the tree crew gets rained out ( After all it is the rainy season. That said there needs to be better communication between OAKTREE'S office and the customer ie; the office needs to notify the customers "everytime "there is a cancelation and/or a change in there appointment time . Leaving customers guessing, wondering , and most of all killing their entire day because they are sitting home waiting for an appointment they made in good faith , only to assume that hours after the scheduled appointment was due NOBODY'S coming . Also not being notified or calls returned is simply poor communication skills . As far as the Stump removal job GREAT JOB , the grinding machine operater was very efficient at his job . Also very courteous an professional. Finally I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use again , OAKWOOD tree service for any tree services you might need . Again overall Great job ! Great price ...

I paid for a tree to be cut down, cleaned up and stump ground. The stump still needs ground. A crew was supposed to be here on 4/18/23 but were no shows. I get no response from e-mails or messages left on their phone. After several e-mails and phone calls their crew came by today 5/5/23 and finished the job.

Their service was excellent. they responded quickly, very professional and their pricing was competitive.

My job (1 tree) was huge. The main tree trimmer was wonderful and knew exactly what he needed to do to make us safe with the Hurricane season weeks away. He was also there to please me and did a wonderful job. This one tree took 3 large dump trucks to haul my shredded tree away and the tree is still taller than my house. They also brought in more workers to keep up with the removal of all the branches and clean-up, of which was an enormous job. Every man on the job was wonderful and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Thank you!
