"When he arrived, he said he did not know I wanted the gutters cleaned also. Later he did remember our conversation. On the lanai, he used a disc power washing devise that did not get into crevices and edges. There are areas that were missed, like when you miss patches with lawn mower. He did not spray off the debris left behind. I had to spray off the entire lanai to get all the dirt and debris out. I usually power wash my lanai but my power washer had no water pressure so I hired Fish;s. I know just how clean the lanai can be and he did not come close to what I do when I do the job using just the sprayer. It would have been cheaper for me to buy a knew power washer and then do the job thoroughly. I let him know that I was unhappy but he offered no remedy. At the end of the following day, the deck looked better and missed areas not so obvious. Glad I hosed it off. The driveway and walk were well done."
