When the new water heater blew a fuse over night, Adam the Plumber came out the very next day (even if it did it cost me an extra $100, which I could debate if I wanted to). The cost of a plumber is notoriously expensive, but I commend Adam and Next Plumbing for sticking exactly to the estimate (less the $100 he next day). "Jose responded very quickly, within an hour to my request for non emergency work, and came to complete the job the same day. He discovered that the clog was within a common drainage pipe for the condo complex and suggested that the association should be responsible for the repair cost and not myself. He had to cut through some dry wall and then break out a hole in a concrete wall to get to the drainage pipe, Work that most plumbers wouldn't even consider. He fixed my problem in a timely manner and reasonable cost. On top of that he and his partner were really nice guys and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them"
