"Bait and Switchers. DO NOT RELY ON AN ON AN QUOTE FOR JOB THEY HAVEN"T SEEN! IN PERSON. I gave three electricians very explicit information to bid a job. Offered New Dawn opportunity to come make in person quote but they said they didn't need to. Two of three were very close but I picked New Dawn based on these reviews. I paid a $500 deposit and waited several weeks for the service and paid for someone ($200) to be at my house to meet them this morning. Technicians showed up and said they didn't have what was required to do project and "project was out of scope of quote because it required conduit". They were told up front verbally and in text exchanges conduit was required. In fact the text said "Conduit Obviously!". Spoke to Kelly who was one of the owners who confirmed she researched and saw the text exchange and notes but said the person who gave the quote had made an incorrect assumption and that they would not honor the quote and they would have to give me a new quote. When I challenged that (nicely) she hung up on me. Typical Florida scammers."

They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

Glenn found a way to incorporate the screen into the layout of the room in such a way that when the screen is up, you don't even notice that it's there. He did great work at a very reasonable price, and was always responsive and helpful. He mounted our projector and all of our speakers for us, and also wound up running speaker cable up through the walls, and installed surround speakers in the rear ceiling for us, that are virtually invisible after the install. Several years later, when we had a problem with the projector that was covered under warranty, he came out and helped us get it down and then back up again. Every experience with him has been extremely positive. We use that home theater all the time, and we love it!!! We highly recommend him!!!"
